Hello all!!
I was working on designing a 1.5kw high frequency transformer using ETD44 3c90 core (ferroxcube). On doing some analysis, ETD-44 can deliver me maximum power at 200khz. I calculated primary turns to be 23 and secondary to be 5, so that I get 220v to 48V. My primary current should be 7A(max) and secondary current should be 35A(max).
Skin depth at 200kHz is around 0.16mm
Now I'm not able to decide over wire gauge and number of such strands. Please help me with this.
