Here some contribution from me, simple class D and has been simulate with LTSpice with lowest THD 0.11 %.

Input Vrms 1.7v. Pow at output 24.4V 8 ampere. Power Rails +/- 45 VDC and +/- 50VDC is the max.
mosfet use is IRF540N and IRF9540. Fsw approx 354 Khz.

- Low noise while using comparator LM311 has been Improve.
- OpAmp added For better sound quality.
- Low Thd has been Improve 0.11%.
- Input gain has been Increase.

Direct Newton iteration for .op point succeeded.

i`ll try simulate with 2 ohm and let u know about mosfet heating. But i think the rails voltage should be lower to +/- 35vdc. So far very stable with 4 ohm and i do test it in reality no problem. i can make a test later with 2 ohm load, i need to find speaker first to test with. and it must be hi power speaker so we can know how fast mosfet heat.

Hi norazmi! Do you have the shematics with your modifications? It will be great if you post them too. This will be my first Class D amp and i want to make your design.
