Hi every body :)
first of all, I'm happy to be here, among professionals of SMPS and posting my first threat.

I don't have much experience in SMPS field and I want to make a variable SMPS for my little Lab. So I googled and found the SPS 9001 PDF witch I share here:
http://files.elv.de/service/manuals/SPS9040/SPS9040_UM_G_010405.pdf
The structure was a little unclear for me as I didn't know German language. The values of some components was not mentioned, like dot ends and Inductance value of the main transformer and the pulse transformer(witch drives upper mosfets) and the value of the output inductance. but I calculated the unknown values and finally assembled the board which you see in the Pics attached. some components also has ignored in SPS 9001 like input varistors and the blocking Cap which I added myself.

I have lots of problems with it, witch I'm going to solve them on by one. I'd be thankful if you help me to accomplish this little project.

My first problem is about the SG3525. The pin5 waveform witch is supposed to be a clear sawtooth, contain ripple witch you see in the pic attached and the IC becomes too warm after minutes of operating. I should mention that I disconnected the IC board from other pasts of the SMPS but the problem is still there.
whats the problem and what should I do?
