Quad Die Lateral MOSFET Amplifier

Hi Everyone

This is one of my latest amplifier modules.
It uses a pair Exicon's Dual Die Lateral MOSFET's, the power output from this small module is quite impressive at around 340 watts RMS into 4 ohms.
This is using a +-70 volt supply rail, lower supply rails can be used on this module for lower power outputs. Typically +-35volt rails would work just fine with this module.
The PCB measures 66mm x 50mm
Power Bandwidth of this module is approximately 250khz -3db
THD+N 0.01%

Some measurements?

Sinewave at 100Hz 2 volts under clipping and rectangular at 10kHz, the same, on 8 ohms dummy load?
