I have joined this forum to get help for my pc smps but i found in this forum today all pertaining to car smps.Anyway i will post my problem.
My smps was not working properly
fan wont splits and stopped
whenever i starts pc sometimes it will start but sometimes it will be restarting again and again.I came to know from another forum the problem in smps when i have seen the fan at backside of my cpu it is not revolving.
They have said capacitors are the problem so someone can tell me how to find that capacitor and replace it.
I have multimeter but i used to test resistors diodes etc but never tested capacitors.

The most common problem when a pc is restarting again and again is hardware related or sometimes your OS is bad.When you've a hardware prob like bad memory(DDR) your pc get in save modus and want start or restart again and again
