In refrence to the hard work done by Jozi and Kubo, and the gift they gave to diysmps

I have made this roubust amplifier, I was inspired with the results.

Outstanding sound quality, Detailed output, Clean Sonics! Clarity in sound

I enjoyed the music with that amplifier.

Below some technical data about it, diysmps have complete permissions of that design and amplifier.

Enjoy

where is the pcb layout?

Since this amplifier is special one, I only give it to only those who ask for it! :D

You asked for for it, so take it ! ;)

Enjoy

Schematics ... here you go.....
Thank you MicrosiM,
I opened the PDF and see the SCH is full to the RIGHT side where is missed some part of the servo circuit detals. please can You reup the SCH centered so the whole circuit will be within the safe margins of the PDF size sheet.
Very nice work an very clever PCB design. Do You intend to use a separate regulated PSX for the I/P and driver stage to isolate them from modulation of the O/P stage, maybe separate small 100W transformer would do the nice
the nice separation and further improve already excellent Sonics You already achieve. Can You please specify also where You sourced the Hitachi drivers and other Transistors You use so it'll be much easier to achieve Yours
goal for the excellent sonics?
Please share some of Yours listening impressions with music sources and what is yours current most pleasant chain You use for Yours max music listening pleasure enjoyment.
I wish You a lot of nice moments while enjoying listening Yours masterpiece AMP and the same also to the all others who will try it.
If I'll successful to source the orig. parts You use I'll give it a try also.
Much appreciated. . .

Thanks for showing interest into this nice amplifier.

I am enjoying the sound quality of this amplifier, I plan to use it into my car, but no time to make another PCB.

Those transistors are outstanding into audio reproduction, I really like them, I found them at electronics shop who have about 100 of them in stock from 15 years or more, each one cost me 3US$

If you cannot find them, use BF469 and BF470, they still very good

I like this amplifier, I recommend it to you.

If you need further help, pleas let me know

hi microsim BTW good layout even protect is on one board very interesting i would like to try it out and will try to post pictures.
can the quality of this amp compare to dx blame ? instead of BF469 and BF470 can mje 340 and mje350 or bd139 / bd140 be used or ? or maybe tip 41 and tip 42 instead of mje15032 and mje15033 because they are kind of expensive here. steve

Thanks!

I never built the Dx Blame, so I cant tel the defrences.

You can use those transistors, but they are slow, and Transition frequency is low not like BFs, if you notice I have used 140MHz fT transistors, they affect sound quality indeed.

But as I told you, you still can use them.

Hope to see some pictures!!

thanks microsim for reply and for shading light about transistors.

let me start to build 2 channels for stereo then i'll post feed back and some pictures.

D12 Is for protection circuit
D1 for Idle current adjust
D13 when relay is ON, means your amplifier is connected to your speakers!

Also you can use that relay. 24VDC 5AMPS

thanks microsim,
there are two diodes near the fuses, what are the values?
can i use 5w 0.22/0.33ohm resistor for the 0.27ohm resistor.because hard to get.

I think every thing is mentioned in the parts list!

its 1N4007 Also you can use that resistor
