thanks a lot,,ill start to design the pcb.. but it indicates here its etd49? is the no. or turn of wire is the same as etd44?

Yes it will, I think there is a PCB for this design, you have to make the PCB and assemble it

what are you taling about? it's made to work for first 1s, then SG is powered by transformes, that it drives, via aux wining. after 1s, start up part of the circuit is not used at all = no heat... did you check the schematic?I have test this startup circuit but it's work no very good for my smps. It's warm up quickly and if ur smps no start correctly transistor heat and burn and u have 325v on your IC!
I recommand you use a small transformer for startup.. 1 - 2 VA or a specialized IC internally protected (LR745)

its very hard to find sg3525 in or location i only manage to find ir2110,,,is it possible to use only ir2110 in smps?

Check, and confirm if you have collected the parts,
The PCB I have made before, dosent include the protection circuit.
or microsim can this ultrafast igbt IRG4PC50U be used in this circuit to give an output of 3kwts
with etd 49 ? and can overcurrent protct be added?
You can use that IGBT for up to 3KW with ETD59.
But i dont recommend the IR2153d for such high power
