Yes it will, I think there is a PCB for this design, you have to make the PCB and assemble it

i am confuse about this because in schematic the all resistor are in series across to base and collector,,but in pcb lay out its different which one of these are the right can you help me with this... sorry for my bad english

I have test this startup circuit but it's work no very good for my smps. It's warm up quickly and if ur smps no start correctly transistor heat and burn and u have 325v on your IC!
I recommand you use a small transformer for startup.. 1 - 2 VA or a specialized IC internally protected (LR745)

You can find application notes for the mentioned chips, but they are more advanced than the SG3525.

And PFC ou will need some critical componenets like Inductors, Mosfets, Diodes.

what are you taling about? it's made to work for first 1s, then SG is powered by transformes, that it drives, via aux wining. after 1s, start up part of the circuit is not used at all = no heat... did you check the schematic?

You will not be able to make smps without SG3525

you need TL494 if you can get

You can get TL494 chip, and still there is a chance of making this SMPS with TL494

You can use that IGBT for up to 3KW with ETD59.

But i dont recommend the IR2153d for such high power
