yes its available, this is for the smps.

Main trafo winding:

TRAFO ETD 49

FREQUENCY 130 KHZ

PRIMARY 24 round parallel 4 X 22 AWG
SECONDARY 12 round parallel 6 X 22 AWG
SEC AUX RELAY 2 round single cable X 22 AWG
SEC AUX CLASS D (+12VDC) 4 round parallel 2 X 22 AWG

OSC Trafo EE19 @ EE16 from old pc psu:

windind instruction , 1 to 2 with 20 round of awg 34
3 to 4 with 20 round of awg 34
5 to 6 with 190 round of awg 34.

with self osc at least 130 Khz. and be careful this smps will draw high current and not for newbies users and there is no protection against short circuit.

the output voltage for secondary is about +- 75VDC and its easy to have your own voltage output, because this smps doesnt have feedback, so you can accumulate by yourself with any size of trafo for the output voltage, and for the relay you can use external 12vdc supply for first time try :D

hi norazmi,

in your pic of osc transformer.

1] gauge of wire is given in awg=34awg and in this schematic wire gauge is given in 34swg a huge diff in dia which one is correct.

2] what core to use ee16 or ee19

thanks in advance

regards

I did also same self-osc SMPS during my vacation and here's my version. In soft-start circuit, I used SCR instead of relay... I also used tv flyback ferrite cores as my temporary trafo. In that, I achieved enough power intented for my Leach Super Amp PCB version. My windings on that cannibalized flyback trafo is just temporary due to lack of time.

With Halogen Lamp Loads connected on DC output:

Self-osc SMPS tested on Leach Super Amp with about 5ohms load:
