Do you have a schematic of the smps? Did you try to see what is wrong with it and which components failed?

i want to build it i have machine in which the smps is placed

Hello I don't have a ready made schematic with the voltage and current needed. This has to be designed from scratch. Designing and building an smps is no straightforward job and difficulties may arise during the build up with the current and voltages involved.
I do not know what experience you have in building smps. Background and knowledge in this field is necessary otherwise you will not succeed.
Try to look up the internet for a similar smps of your need and maybe we can help you out with the current and voltages needed.
I think you will be better off trying to repair the one that you already have as it would make your life more simple.
