I need to built a 18 volt @ 25 amp switching power supply

Can anyone help me get started


I have repaired 20 or switching power supply of all types computer power supplies, desk top ones, ones for phone
I also have a disordering station that has a switching power supply that I have had to change the switcher IC chip two time already it has a 18 volt @ 13 amp pulse two other voltages I think one of them might be 5 volts not sure what the other voltage is
