IR2153 Output Voltage Pulsing Problem?

Hi all friends

I make this circuit worked but output voltage pulsing. Output load lamp is flashing constantly. What could be the reason for this?

Have you measured the voltage at VCC with reference to vdd?

If the supply isn't adequate, then the chip may be hitting under voltage lockout. Try running it from a small isolated transformer.

vectrix150v is correct..your supply to IR2153 is not sufficient...try to lower 47k resistor..

Also you probably need a DC blocking capacitor in one of the green lines.

KX36 is correct..put 1uF to 2uF non polar cap in series with the green line..
