Irs900d ,irs3000d (irs series)

hi all,

i try to make irs900d for test at +-30vdc they not working, i think they working at 50vdc or more
maybe colleagues may have made ?
pls share experience

nice work systemjol ,i found my trouble ,i use level shife/comparator chip 5vdc so must conect vcc logic ic ir2110 (pin 9 ) with same voltage with comparator ic . and then working.

how supply at your irs900 ???

I used 65+65,the mosfets are 90N20,and i used IRFB4127,33N20,52N15 too.I annexed the link for my project schematic and layout.regards

this my test IRS-series fet 1 pair irfb4227 ,supply 70vdc CT ,nice result ,detail OK and powerfull .

for lower voltage you need to reduce clamping resistor with 5.6 zener diode, lets say +- 30 vdc use 2.2k or 1.5k 1-2W resistor.
