SMPS AC to AC circuit

I am doing my summer project in smps and i got to complete within july15. Lots of thanks for any help.

I am a beginner in this field,I am planning to make a smps circuit with input voltage range from 100-300v ac and output voltage at 220v ac.I understand that the controller controls the output voltage by changing the duty cycle.
I also saw two different circuits for boosting and reducing voltage.

So how to get both the functions in same circuit?I am interested in full bridge topology for the same.

first, convert 100-300v ac to around 400V DC, use boosting voltage without isolation (PFC)
second, convert 400V DC to AC. Use full bridge topology with PWM sine inverter controller.
