The non isolated offline buck converter

For SMPS and PFC frontend we often need 12-24VDC supply which comes from AUX supply sometimes a small transformer or another flyback regulator which adds to cost and size.

I just made a BUCK converter which is non-isolated, means direct referenced to mains rectified DC. It will provide the 24V @ 500mA max current for PFC Chip, Relays, SMPS controller and other aux protection requirements.

The input voltage range is 90VAC to 400VAC and the output voltage is regulated at 24VDC.

The BUCK regulator is based on 800V rated VIPER26L Chip from ST.

The output load is 10X10ohm 2W resistors in series resulting in 100ohm load.

Here are the pics. As this is commercial project, i can't share schematics but yes i will help in answering the questions.
