Problem solved. The downloaded pdf can not opened in Samsung Android. Work fine in PC.

Hello Stewin,

I read in the thread that you are facing some noise issues.
Kindly help me understand it correctly: One channel works perfectly at all volume and all voltages. But when you connect second channel, there is slight noise. Correct?

This could be an issue of ground loop. The simple solution that I can suggest is have a separate P/S for each channel. i.e. let the two channels float w.r.t each other. In other words, try a dual mono.

hi all busy perfecting smps and ucd semi discreet .that is lm 311 and ir2110 all is well but ocp protections are the ones holding me back .i have made lorylaci ucd version with protection ,it works well but trips very soon / early i think when the amp is 60% loud . i wanted it to reach about 92% at 2ohm per channel because i wanted to use full bridge +/-70vlts fets used are a pair of irfb4227 per channel ;ww:;ww: .

your pcb doesent match schematic you have posted.i have made the amp with irf540n its working fine they are heating a lot
setting the preset only the negative side fet heats a lot.should i change gate resisrer 22 to 47 ohm.

it has taken long but by the grace of ADONAI ELOHIM i have managed to complete the discreet version .
thanks to wahyu and katrino https://www.youtube.com/@WahyuEkoRomadhon,
i managed to add dc offset preset. the testing voltage was +/-51 volts ,i used it as btl config . it is powerful and the fets are cool. note that i have not mounted them on a sink . they ran cool , when i used 1.6ohms load thats when they started to warm. fets used were 4227pbf

output inductor i used 38uh , but it was large. i finally settled to 15uh and it worked great

for the aux 12v supply i used a lm2596 adjustable module , because my smps aux voltage was about 17vlts

any ideas and suggestions are welcomed .

change r1 resistor to 370 ohms

one with relay and oc , dco protection loading , for insane power just make two of these and drive them in btl mode .
