Cheap smps base on TL494 pwm, half bridge AC-DC

Hi azmi, in my EE16 driver transformer,

primary, 1 - 3 - 2 , identify pin 2 by two piece wire conected to this pin

secondary, b - a - d - e - c, identify pin b and c by 3 pice wire connected to them. pls advice. hope you post your driver transformer configuration.

allright glo, will post some pic tonite . Vorez why not try with ir2153 smps? its cheap also but can provide more power than tl494.

IR2153 maybe more realible, hard to find in local market (indonesia). btw bang vorezky, dah pernah buat Class D 200 Wrms? bagus lho, bersaing ketat dengan Kit Blazer, bahkan lebih bagus di low, coba deh.

I was confused when I bought ic ir2153d ..
Is the price of your places ic 2153d expensive?
I was from hongkong 21000 rupiah. i don't know to convert curenncy the money..

Q belum pernah buat mas.
Emang q baca beberapa forum di indonesia sudah mulai marak. namun saya masih awam.
Apalagi cari IC serta core feritnya.
Mas udah pernah coba? Tolong kasih referensi dan tutorialnya donk.
Saya masih memegang power MATRIK 1.4 750 watt dan 1500 watt. masih lebih mantap dari pada APEX class H900.

21000 rupiah is reasonable price, but if we buy in bulk quantity we can get more cheaper price. its about same price here is Malaysia. Convert to MYR will be RM6.988. The price here is RM6. so its almost same price. The only highest price is the IR2153 but others component we can almost use recycle like input caps, output caps, ultrafast diode, etc..

Vorez, IC TL074 sangat murah hehehe, boleh didapati di Ebay atau local market di tempat kamu. 200wrms class D is Ultimate Hifi fidelity sound with medium of power range.

thanks for your explanation norazmi. One more question, Whats the size of the output inductor(torriod) and the wire size you use?

can you tell me the winding turn direction for the trafo. sorry for asking this.

Construction Trafo:
-----------------------

- Middle Primary between "m" and "n". <-- clockwise or counterclockwise
- Secondary "q" and "r" <--- clockwise or counterclockwise
"r" and "s" <---clockwise or counterclockwise
- Middle Primary between "n" and "o" <--clockwise or counterclockwise
- Tertiary "t" and "r" <--clockwise or counterclockwise
"r" and "u" <--clockwise or counterclockwise

opsss, i`m miss this thread.. sry guys im not in good condition, i`ve got FLU infection. i`ll explain after im ok. Mike its easy to wound, dont panic. there is alot of samples around. ill post some picture later.
