I'm put out PWM module and connect supply direct to module , look all wave with scope and look very nice , I think that problem is on the PCB design , for supply have long and tiny line and similar .

Well you can add a piece of wire soldered to trace to enhance current. Check if voltage in aux supply holds up during operation. measure voltage on oscillator module. IF voltage is ok you can use a screened cable to supply gates instead of PCB traces.
