Yes, PCB really out of order. The only scope I did was checking that dead times was OK at Mosfet gates, without turning on the 120 VDC voltage.
This is described on the schematic page. Dead time was 2.5 uS measured on scope.
I think I have to rebuild a pcb for further testing / measurement.
