It looks like you did it in Eagle, could you post the eagle files as well, because I would like to use it in a little different design..
The copper shield in that transformer is a "free" turn of copper foil? Where is it connected to?

Me too, I'm using a CNC Router to make pcb so could u post ur eagle file or gerber file of it

Lets make things clear..

We have found *as per the link below* that Ludos and diysmps hard work has been stolen.

If you check that link, you will see a guy who posted ALL the files of the SMPS (IR2153D Version) on other forums, claiming things

We dont have a problem into that at all, because its DIY and for DIY, but at least mention our name and Ludos Name.

Thats why Ludo WILL NOT post original EAGLE files

There is a schematic and PCB layout and ALL informations you need, and HELP
that will make your SMPS work in very short time, if you need Eagle file, its very simple to Re Draw the whole thing from Zero!

is the most critical part in this project is it possible to show a small vedio how the winding of transformer is done for diyers to make at home

Why dont you make the PCBs like in the old way?

That small card is not mentioned into your schematics, What is it?

Lot of things are hidden also, values are mixed upon each other on schematics

PLEASE submit a complete schematics

otherwise we cant make this SMPS

this is my pcb from my cnc

about EI38-1 transformer, i think it is a ready to use sealed transformer. ETD49 i cound get it but EI38-1 is big trouble.

creepage or clearances is about what kind of pcb.top pcb is large clearance.

I can make pcb exactly same as old way

p/s BTW i must redraw this board , it will take me a long time

I advice you to make the PCB using film coated PCBs
or it looks that it will take you very long time
